JOB CRITERIA FOR ADMIN MANAGER (IN-HOUSE HR MANAGER):

  • Educational Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in HR management software, office management tools, and MS Office. Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
  • Relevant Experience : Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
  • Human Resources Management : Oversee all in-house HR functions, including recruitment, on boarding, training, and employee relations. Manage payroll, benefits administration, and performance evaluations.
  • Employee Relations : Address staff queries and issues, maintain a positive and productive work environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Administrative Operations: Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Handle documentation, record-keeping, and office logistics.
  • Financial Administration : Assist in preparing and managing the HR budget, monitor expenses, and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities : Develop effective solutions for HR and administrative challenges, improve workflows, and manage crises effectively.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Tamil and Hindi is an advantage.
  • Leadership and Team Management : Strong leadership skills to manage HR and administrative staff, coordinate with different departments, and ensure efficient operations.
